The brief
The Orion Primary School, based in Graham Park, Northwest London have recently moved into their new premises. These facilities are designed to be multifunctional, some even used by the local community. With a vibrant colour scheme, the new designs create a fun and engaging learning environment for the near 1,000 pupils at the school. Durability and aesthetics were therefore of paramount importance, so KI's iconic Postura+ chair was the natural choice.
Our solution
Postura+ stackable seating in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6 - Competitively priced and available in a range of vibrant different colours, the Postura+ chair was the perfect solution for the school. In keeping with the very colourful building, a total of 9 different colours were delivered, including the popular Lime Green, Grape Crush, Sun Yellow and Poppy Red. The single piece moulding ensures that there are no fixings to loosen over time. The chair is light weight and highly durable, making it perfect for impromptu lessons in outdoors. Most importantly, the chair provides ergonomic support and is very comfortable.
Sarah Piers, Project Manager & Nick Bingham, Head of Projects, Zioxi (formerly Isis Concepts)Isis chose the Postura+ having used them on a number of previous projects. The new colour range means that we could offer the school the opportunity to have different coloured chairs in different areas to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
