Bank Al Bilad, Riyadh
The new HQ, designed by IDC, is spread across 13 floors, providing over 2,000 workers with modern, open and varied workspaces. Marking a transition away from ‘cubicle’ floorplans, the new building preserves the important elements of modesty and privacy.

Downe House, Riyadh
Downe House School in Riyadh, a key initiative supporting ‘Saudi Vision 2030’ to modernise educational facilities, required high-quality, practical, and aesthetic furniture. To meet these rigorous expectations, Downe House strategically partnered with KI, selecting a wide range of products. The selection spanned diverse functional areas, durable Maestro stacking chairs for casual settings like cafeterias, and specialised classroom solutions designed for modern pedagogy.
The classroom installations exemplify the focus on agile and integrated learning environments. Spaces were kitted out entirely with the versatile Ruckus collection, including stools with integrated bookracks and teacher-specific task chairs. For breakout and lounge areas, upholstered seating was incorporated, ensuring comfort and promoting informal collaboration. This comprehensive KI fit-out successfully provided the durable, flexible, and high-quality environment essential for supporting the school’s commitment to inspirational and challenging education.
Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi
Following on from successful installations at their global sales offices in Manchester and New York, global client Etihad Airways furnished its new headquarters in Abu Dhabi with a range of KI’s UK-manufactured products.
The UniteSE workstations with height adjustable benches allow for flexible working whilst offering a range of options that can be tailored to specific modern day workplace requirements. Etihad selected 120 degree workstations with high specification Corian work surfaces for the call centre, while highly tailored solutions incorporating modesty panels were required for specialist training and meeting facilities. Benches and desks in open plan areas were integrated with UniteSE personal and team storage.
