KI Acoustic Panels help create a more harmonious office environment.

October 14, 2015

The Introduction
Acoustic planning is an important part of today’s workplace strategies. By managing the office soundscape, organisations can reduce stress and distractions, thereby improving concentration, productivity and well-being. With a minimum noise reduction coefficient of 0.45, KI’s Add2 acoustic panels magnetically attach to the ends of steel storage units to help reduce the reverberation of noise generated in an open plan environment, a frequently cited source of frustration for workers.Ki Acoustic panels.jpg

The Outcome
The panels offer a simple, flexible and cost-effective companion to wall and ceiling treatments, carpets and standalone screening such as KI’s Breakout, helping to create a more harmonious working environment. Containing a minimum of 65% post-consumer consumer recycled material (PET bottle-flake), these panels are themselves 100% recyclable, certified low VOC, non-toxic, non-irritant, and non-allergenic.

Add2 acoustic panels are available in 12 colours and can be cut down to any size from a single sheet of 1200mm by 2400mm. Featuring solid colours throughout, they don’t require edging or capping, so multiple panels can be placed side by side with a neat finish. Quick and easy to install, they are lightweight and come with a 10 year warranty on performance.
