The brief
Brompton Academy’s expansion of its science and arts facilities at the existing site required classroom seating as well as solutions for lecture and drama theatres, sports halls and studios.
Our solution
Strive chairs - KI have supplied over 2,000 Strive chairs, designed by Giancarlo Piretti. These stackable chairs are simple, elegant and comfortable available in a wide choice of polypropylene colours. Their unique, flexible back with a wire rod inserted into the polypropylene to encourage movement and relaxation provides lateral support and the contoured seat dissipates pressure points.
Postura stools - KI’s Postura stool has a lightweight, easy stacking design making it the perfect seating and space saving solution for the science laboratories at Brompton Academy. Manufactured from easy to clean, highly durable stain and UV-resistant polypropylene, and chip resistant silver powder coated frame, it features a convenient hook to store bags underneath the seat (pictured right). The Postura stool is available in 2 seat heights, 9 colours and with a 10 year warranty.
